~ SATURDAY, JUNE 6 ~

PARKING: Please park in the north lot or school lot. The main south lot will be used for grilling, games, and portable toilets. If you parked in the south lot for Mass at 5:00 PM, we kindly ask that you move your car to a different location after Mass so we can begin setting up for the gathering.

FOOD: Hot dogs and toppings are available for you and your family!

RESTROOMS: Two portable toilets are available in the south lot for your convenience. The church will not be open.

GAMES: Fun for the whole family! Wiffleball, football toss, kid striker, cornhole, and more!

Don't forget to bring a blanket and lawn chairs to view the Rockford Start of Summer fireworks. We encourage all to join us for a candlelight rosary immediately following the firework display.

This event is planned and supported by the Knights of Columbus Council #7761. We are so thankful for their hard work!

- As we move into the summer months, we understand that many of you have vacation plans, or that schedule conflicts may arise unexpectedly. In an effort to avoid vacancies in the Mass volunteer roles (lectors, altar servers, communion ministers, ushers etc), we ask that you keep track of your ministry schedule and request subs as needed if you are unable to serve your assigned Mass times. If you need help accessing your ministry schedule, please contact Malia Gregory at mgregory@olcparish.net or by calling the parish office at 866-0931. We can confirm that this email was NOT sent by Deacon Jim. The email was titled "Jim Hessler's Invite. Please Confirm Your Attendance—I’m waiting for you!" and was sent around 11:30 AM on May 28th, 2026.
